Prove your allegations against me or shut up – Atiku

Former Vice President of Nigeria and foremost 2019 Presidential aspirant, Vice President Atiku Abubakar, on Monday pledged to fight corruption in the country better than all previous administrations.
Atiku has made known his intention to run for president in 2019 and he is being courted by both the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the main opposition party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as likely candidate.
In his statement, Atiku stressed that he was well equipped to fight corruption because of his vast experience both in the public and private sectors and his ability to build a team capable of accomplishing the task.
“I will shock everyone because I believe that I will fight corruption like never before,” he said.
The former vice president to former President Olusegun Obasanjo challenged those whom he described as his “self-righteous political enemies” to either prove his alleged political activities or keep quiet.
The PDP foundation member and APC chieftain stated this during a facility tourr of the new ultramodern Yaliam Press Limited in Jabi area of Abuja on Monday.
