Urhokpota Reporters advises Edo University on withdrawal of error publication
A publication allegedly by the controversial Edo University has been called to question by the editorial board of Urhokpota Reporters.
We suggest that Adams Oshiomhole and his appointed person in charge of that school which actual ownership is shrouded in mystery should withdraw the publication immediately and apologise to Edo State people for embarrassing them.
First, the publication is inviting people to come to the university to pay over 700,000 naira for a session for a socalled university that does not have a single course accredited. This is not only a scam in the name of Edo state and Edo people, but it is an insult to Edo people. Oshiomhole has to tell Edo people who actually own the university before doing anything there. It is public funds in question here, not Iyahmoh money. If it is owned by Edo state, the word ‘state’ missing in the name makes the ownership suspect.
Second, the publication is having too many typographical errors that you mistake the socalled Iyahmoh University for Iyahmoh Adult School of Reading and Writing. This media counted seven unforgivable errors in a single publication of one page. This is unacceptable and demand the immediate resignation of all the pretenders appointed to head that suspicious so called university at Iyahoh. Below are a list of the seven main errors in the publications.
1. Schedul (Schedule)
2. Cleard (Cleared)
3. Can cleard (can be cleared)
4. Commenced (Commence)
5. Excercise (Exercise)
6. Schoo (School)
7. # (Naira sign)
Thus, Urhokpota Reporters is asking for an immediate closure of that facility called a university and the property be handed over to Ambrose Alli University to decide whether to use that facility, together with the Sports Facility at Afuze, as campuses of the only recognized and legitimate state university.
